Spring into Fitness – 3 Week Series
Tuesday, June 10 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm CDT
FreeJoin Karyn Holtz, PT, MHS, CLT, a certified therapist with ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, for a three-part exercise series designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. This program focuses on supporting overall health, strength, and well-being through tailored exercises that support recovery and promote vitality.
- June 10: The Importance of Core Strength
- June 17: Achieving Balance and Stability
- June 24: Improving Flexibility
A Yoga Mat or Chair is recommended for virtual participants.
Attendance at all sessions is highly recommended but not required.
NOTE: This is a hybrid program offered in person and streamed virtually via Zoom.
