Feldenkrais – Awareness Through Movement

COME JOIN US FOR FELDENKRAIS – AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT CLASSES!
In Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes, students will explore small, comfortable movements that can translate to improvements in mobility and wellbeing.
In this 3-week series, our focus will be on what can be learned by bringing attention to our movements rather than effort and achievement.
Participants must be comfortable sitting in a chair or lying on the floor for the duration of the program. Common benefits include increased relaxation, improved posture and flexibility, and pain relief.

Attendance at all sessions is highly encouraged but not required.
Program Dates: Tuesdays, 11/7, 11/14 & 12/05 (No class on 11/21 and 11/28)
