Yoga is the integration of mind, body and spirit through the use of meditation, movement and breathwork; it is a powerful tool that can help us move through the stages of grief in order to heal. This session will focus on using guided meditation, breathwork and gentle movement to reconnect with the loved ones we have lost. Previous yoga experience is not necessary to participate; most of the movement can be done either on the floor or on a chair. Please bring a mat if you have one, and wear comfortable clothing.

All participants must provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination sign a waiver upon arrival to attend all in-person classes. Masks are required in the building.
