Research shows that outdoor activities like hiking may be beneficial for both physical health and mental well-being. Join us for a two-mile hike through natural terrain. Please wear comfortable hiking or running shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. The trail is unpaved and may include uneven surfaces.

Please meet in the parking lot of the Brushwood Center.
NOTE: Take the first left to Brushwood Center after you enter the forest preserve.
