Celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day with a 4 ½ mile extended nature hike!

Research demonstrates that outdoor exercise, such as hiking, offers health and well-being benefits. Join the group for a brief nature meditation followed by a 4 1/2 mile hike. Wear comfortable hiking or running shoes, dress for the weather and bring plenty of water. The hiking terrain is not paved and we may encounter irregular surface paths – all part of the beauty and joy of the hike!
