Plant based diets are more popular than ever! However, just because something is plant based does not mean that it is nourishing. Join the dietitian in the demo kitchen to learn about simple and tasty ways to create desserts that qualify as cancer protective choices. The dietitian will discuss specific ingredients and demonstrate a handful of recipes that you can try for yourself. The program will also highlight how desserts can fit into a lifestyle that supports our well-being, both mind and body.
