Virtual: Building Motivation: The Foundation of Positive Change

Join us for this 2-session program that will help you learn how to build and sustain motivation necessary to enact positive change in your life. Each session is 90 minutes. Whether your goal is losing weight, changing negative behaviors or enhancing a healthy lifestyle, this program will help develop achievable steps towards your goals. For optimal benefit, participants should commit to both sessions. Session dates: February 10th and 17th
