CANCELED – Sleep Smarts: Using SMART Goals to Improve Your Sleep

Join us in-person to learn about the SMART goal theory; a way to create healthy habits in our lives. Research has shown that quality sleep is key in promoting healing and reducing the effects of stress in the body. In this program, you will learn how to create SMART goals and then use this information to create your individual SMART goals to improve your sleep.
