Our Breath is the link between our mind and emotions. If the breath is channeled in the right direction, one can experience release of toxins, peace, clarity of mind and strengthening of the immune system. In this Breathe-in class, each week, we will explore easy yet powerful breathing techniques to breathe mindfully and release stress. The breathing techniques can be easily practiced on a chair or while being comfortably seated on ground or a cushion. This Breathe-in class will offer practical tools and techniques to quieten the mind and become more productive.
