Virtual: Finding Ease in Mindfulness
Wednesday, May 3 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm CDT
This 8-session mindfulness program allows us to take a pause to simply be; to connect with ourselves and life as it is; to explore with kindness and care the landscape of the mind, the body, and heart; to give ourselves the opportunity to settle and rest more fully into stillness.
Each session will start with a warm welcome, followed by a short talk and practice. We will explore different mindfulness practices, talk, reflect, and journal about how the practice and session were experienced, and what we noticed. There will be time for questions and answers. The sessions are suitable for beginners as well as for those with some mindfulness or meditation experience.

- Session Dates: April 12, 19, 26 and May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
- Registration is limited to 8 people – attendance to all sessions is highly encouraged.
