Weekly Wellness Class – Registration is only needed one time for this class. You will be added onto the class roster and will continue to receive the login instructions every week
This class is interactive and open to those who have taken the “Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness”, “Virtual: Mindfulness Basics” or “Introduction to Mindfulness” series. This discussion based class will help students deepen and continue their mindfulness practice
*Registration closes at 4:00 pm the day before the class
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to start time
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent each evening before class.
