Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. It helps to mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network. Yin Yoga is amazing for opening your heart, calming your nervous system, and providing a space for your body to relax. It also offers a deeply nourishing and nurturing environment where you can cultivate compassion and love for yourselves on a deeper level.
