Thursday, April 21 @ 7:00 pm - 8:15 pmFree
Please join us at the Cancer Wellness Center for a joint CWC and Willow House family event aimed at helping children and families cope with grief. In this program, children will join a Child Life Specialist and a Professional Counselor for grief focused art activity. Parents will join a grief-focused Professional Counselor and have an opportunity to explore what grief is, effects that grief has on children, teens and families, both long-term and short-term, and how to include children during the end of a loved one’s life.
