Hiking for Health & Happiness
Monday, June 5 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm CDTFree
Ryerson Wood Forest Preserve – Brushwood Center
21850 N. Riverwoods Road
Riverwoods, IL 60015
Research demonstrates that outdoor exercise, such as hiking, offers health and well-being benefits. Join us outside the Brushwood Center for a nature meditation followed by a two mile hike. Please arrive no later than 11:00 am, wear comfortable hiking or running shoes, bring a water bottle and dress for the weather. The hiking terrain is not paved and we may encounter irregular surface paths – all part of the beauty and joy of the hike!
Presented by: Kimberly Matthews, MA, LCPC, Mark Livshots, MA, LPC

Hike will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
