Teen Mindfulness Workshop Series

Join Michelle in learning mindfulness and relaxation techniques designed to help reduce stress and anxiety, and to increase a sense of well-being.  This workshop series will help you understand the mind and body connection through breathing exercises, visualization, body awareness, and relaxation.  In addition, discover creative and expressive activities to do at home!

This in person program is for teenagers 13 – 18 years old
