Teen Mindfulness Workshop Series

Mindfulness and relaxation techniques can help reduce stress and anxiety and increase a sense of well-being. Join Michelle in this three part series to learn these techniques and understanding the mind and body connection through breathing exercises, visualization, body awareness, and relaxation. In addition, discover creative and expressive activities to do at home. Session one and three will be in person and we will join the Virtual: Creative Expression Workshop for Teens to explore art therapy with Linda Ziert, Registered Art Therapist during session two.
This in person program is for teenagers 13 – 18 years old
