Virtual: Family Yoga Night

This program is a 45 minute family yoga night for everyone!  Come join Nicole du Mont in leading you through a series of relaxation exercises and yoga poses to help you bring focus and awareness to your body and the environment around you. No experience with yoga or relaxation techniques necessary.  This workshop is recommended for ages 3 and older. Wear something comfortable and if you don’t have a yoga mat, no problem! You can use a towel or a blanket to stand on. Make sure you have enough room to move in your space.

Presented by Nicole du Mont, LCSW.  Nicole du Mont is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 10 years of extensive clinical experience providing support to individuals and families in Spanish and English.  In her therapeutic work with individuals and families, she often integrates mindfulness, relaxation, and yoga.  This can help clients manage difficult emotions, focus attention and increase their ability to be truly present, and find more joy in their daily lives!

*Registration closes 8:00 pm April 20th 
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent the evening before the program
