Virtual: Building Vitality Within Us by Dance and Movement

Any movement is a way of communication. It creates a spark of life, and dance uses those sparks to ignite awakening feelings and vitality. Dance is an opportunity to connect our emotions, our minds, our bodies and our social feelings.
This is not a dance class with structured movements, it encourages you to feel the beats and rhythms, allowing the music to enter your innermost thoughts and feelings and have any movement that is most comfortable to energize you. The goal is not to teach a dance technique, and prior dance experience is not required. The class can be modified for those who are unable to stand as well.
Group is limited to first 10 registrants.
