Virtual: Creating a Support Network When You’re Single

Friday, March 5, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm CST

Free

Having cancer during a global pandemic creates challenges when it comes to receiving support from family, friends, and one’s medical team. It can also feel overwhelming when a patient lives alone, and is not partnered.  This lecture will discuss the different ways cancer patients can feel supported.  Dr. Ticker will discuss how to identify your needs and how to communicate it to those around you.

Presented by Sari Ticker, PsyD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist,
