Virtual: Estate Planning 101

Having an understanding of one’s options is critical before proceeding with an estate plan, no matter your level of wealth.  In this discussion, we will highlight the differences between Wills and Trusts, understanding which might better fit in particular circumstances.  Additionally, you will learn about Powers of Attorneys and other legal documents that complete and make up a “full” estate plan.
