Virtual: Cultivating Peace: Three Ways to Practice Mindfulness Meditation

Join Carl Jerome, Meditation and Dharma teacher, as we explore different mindfulness meditation techniques. Students will be taught 3 ways to practice mindfulness meditation. These meditations include 1 to 4 counting; 3 and 1 deliberate breathing and triangle breathing. These meditations are designed to bring us peace and calm in the face of difficulties.
