Virtual: Exploring Emotions through Dance/Movement

Dance and movement have been a great way for individuals to express and process their emotions, thoughts, and experience of self. Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) focuses on movement and uses elements of dance to explore, discover, learn, and change. The goal is not to teach a dance technique, and prior dance experience is not required. The class can be modified for those who are unable to stand. If you love dancing and moving this group is for you! Please join us in a 4-week experiential group, where you will learn to experience and express emotions such as anger, sadness, and happiness via dance and movement.
Attendance to all sessions is recommended. Sessions dates include: Tuesdays, June 1, 8, 15 & 22.
Group is limited to first 10 registrants.
