Virtual: Exploring Resiliency Through Yoga

What is resiliency and how do we become more resilient? Yoga philosophy has lots to teach us on that topic.  Isabel Raci, Yoga Therapist will guide you through this exploration using meditation, journaling and yoga movement which will leave you with new insights into this topic. Journaling is optional and private. Appropriate for all levels. This is a virtual workshop.
