Virtual: Finding Ease in Mindfulness – Introductory Session

This 8-session mindfulness program allows to take a pause to simply be; to connect with ourselves; to explore with kindness and care, the landscape of the mind and body; to give ourselves the opportunity to settle and rest more fully into stillness.
Each session will start with a warm welcome, followed by a short talk and practice. We will explore different mindfulness practices, talk, reflect, and journal about how the practice and session were experienced, what we noticed. There will be time for questions and answers.
The sessions are suitable for beginners as well as for those with some mindfulness or meditation experience.

Limit to 6 people. As this is limited only to 6 people, attendance to all sessions is highly encouraged. Introductory Session on Tuesday January 4th. Session dates are: Tuesday, January 11, 25, February 8, 22, March 8, 22, April 5,19
