Virtual: Gentle Yoga

Weekly Wellness Class – Registration is only needed one time for this day of the week class. You will be added onto the class roster and will continue to receive the login instructions every week.
Yoga uses physical postures, breath work and meditation to bring mind and body back into a balanced state. These classes are for all levels of fitness and can be practiced in a chair if necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. The virtual yoga classes are not interactive. The instructor will lead the class without being able to give corrections and will offer modifications when appropriate.
*Registration closes at 4:00 pm the day before class
*Class opens for log-in 15 minutes prior to the start time
*An email with log-in instructions will be sent each evening before class.
