Virtual: Intermediate Mindfulness Practice

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday, December 19, 2023
This weekly class is for experienced practitioners of mindfulness and for those who have taken the “Introduction to Mindfulness” series at CWC. This discussion-based class is designed for those who would like to continue to learn mindfulness skills and deepen their mindfulness practice. In this class, participants will garner group support in working with the various challenges that arise with their mindfulness practice and will further integrate this practice into their daily lives.
