Virtual: Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is an evidence based approach to wellbeing that has a positive impact on physical and mental health. Scientific research has found that practicing mindfulness is associated with changes in the structure and function of the brain as well as changes in our physiological responses to stress. Join us in this live and interactive workshop as we explore the brain science behind mindfulness and how it can enhance your wellbeing. In this program, participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a mindfulness practice and discussion. Both newcomers to mindfulness and those who already have their own practice are welcome!
