Virtual: Managing Side Effects: Cording after Breast Cancer Treatment
Tuesday, October 24 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm CDTFree
Axillary web syndrome, also known as cording, is a common side effect experienced by people who have undergone surgery or radiation for breast cancer. Cording is when scar tissue forms around vessels in the armpit or down the arm, making the vessels stiff and tight, and reducing mobility in the shoulder and armpit area. Join Karyn Holtz, from ReVital, to learn more about cording and treatment options provided.
