Virtual: The importance of Exercise in Cancer Survivors – Walk Away from Cardiovascular Disease

Research has shown that exercise helps you reduce the risk of second cancer as well as other serious chronic diseases. This workshop will cover the importance of exercise after the completion of cancer treatments. Current research findings in cancer survivors will be discussed. The workshop will include the exercise recommendations in cancer survivors.

Presented by Georgios Grigoriadis, PhD, Postdoctoral Research Associate at UIC, ACSM-ACS Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer
