Virtual: Transitions: Staying Grounded, Strong and Stable through Yoga

In this workshop, Rebecca Matthews, founder of “Stability Yoga”, will introduce yoga postures, sequences and breathing techniques that will guide students to learn how to build strength, stay grounded, promote body and breath awareness, and tune into the present moment. As you observe your physical, energetic, and mental states you will gain understanding and the ability to mindfully change your perception of yourself and have a better relationship with the world around you. You will be guided in a deep and restful relaxation. Please have available (2) yoga blocks, a bolster (if you have one), a yoga strap, towel and a blanket and eye pillow for the guided relaxation. All levels welcome.
