Feldenkrais – Awareness Through Movement

COME JOIN US FOR AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT CLASSES!
In Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® classes, students will explore small, comfortable movements that can translate to improvements in mobility and wellbeing.
Our focus will be on what can be Learned by bringing Attention to our movements rather than effort and achievement.
This series of 3 classes is appropriate for all ages. Participants must be comfortable sitting or lying on the floor for the duration of the program. Common benefits include increased relaxation, improved posture and flexibility, and pain relief.
Attendance at all sessions is encouraged but not required.
Program Dates: Tuesdays, 5/9, 5/16, 5/23
