Virtual: Mindful Kitchen: Spring into Change

In this program, Lori and Debby will discuss taking back control of how you think about nutrition. You will be introduced to new ways of thinking about food and behaviors regarding food. They will demonstrate branching out into world cuisine with spring foods that may be unfamiliar to you. As well as, discuss adding healthy options and mindfulness-based behaviors to daily life.
