Virtual: Music on Your Mind

Have you considered introducing music to you stress reduction routine? Exposure to anxiolytic (or anxiety-reducing) music has been shown to lower stress levels, ease pain, and even improve cognition. Genres ranging from Smooth Contemporary Jazz to Classical can have profound effects on your mood leading to clarity and relaxation. Join us for a virtual program on the benefits of music and music therapy as it pertains to palliative care and stress reduction with the music therapist.
